Ingredients
- 3 units green bananas
- 1 cup Long onion
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 200 grams Chonero Santa Faena Cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 units eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Peel the green bananas and fry them in plenty of oil, remove them and place them in a container or wooden pan. Crush or mash the green banana until you get a ground but lumpy texture.
- Sauté it in a frying pan with a tablespoon of butter and sauté the chopped onion.
